SMD Cut Tape Feeder

The SMD cut tape feeder includes six individual feeder modules catering for the most common  tape widths: [4pcs: 8×5 mm], [1pc: 12×5 mm], and 1pc: [16×5 mm]

Each feeder module is removable and easily swapped out or rearranged in a preferred order. Top and side clamping sliding rails clamp the feeders securely in place when tightened down with the four thumb screws.

The feeder modules include a feedback slot to feed the ‘pull away sealing tape’ of the cut tape. Pulling on the ‘pull away sealing tape’ advances the cut tape forward, and exposes the SMD components ready for picking and placing.
